I didn't have these personalized. Just wanted a few Turkish towels for a beach vacation. We used them in Hawaii and they worked perfectly. Not bulky! Great customer service--Erdal had to contact me about shipping. I do wish there were some instructions included as I had no idea how to care for Turkish towels. I found a great blog post that gave instructions about soaking towels overnight before washing the first time to open up fibers, improve absorbency, and increase softness. I was glad to find that info.
